Project Management
Nicholson Group will appoint a Senior Project Manager who will take responsibilty for the project and liaise directly with your nominated representative. In common with all projects undertaken by the company, an initial meeting will be called between the Senior Project Manager, and yourselves. This will confirm the project aims, schedules, communication channels and project timescales.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the company fulfilling its obligations within the contract timescales. In particular, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for: 
Project Planning, Project Resourcing, Quality Control, Project Monitoring, Project Reporting, Sub-contractor Control, Customer Communications, Change Control & Cost Control.
